Endeavour Capital Partners is a private equity real estate investor and advisor. We source, structure, co-invest in and manage joint venture real estate and real estate related opportunities with our partners.

 

Endeavour Capital Partners ("ECP") operates in Italy and is focused on direct real estate investment in buildings and portfolios, indirect investment in funds, companies and joint ventures, and real estate service businesses.  Our strategy is divided into three areas.

 

Firstly, the purchase and or establishment of "best in class" investment, asset and property management platforms.

 

Secondly, the direct acquisition of both debt and equity connected to real estate. The strategy is "distressed and cyclical value investing" - entering markets at a low point in their cycles.

 

Thirdly, the acquisition of listed or unlisted indirect real estate assets. The indirect strategy is "relational value investing", buying value shares/units and managing the position actively to assist management to reduce the discount between value and price

 

Key achievements


  • Setting-up an Italian asset management company in 2009, Endeavour Asset Management, that now manages more than €830m of Italian property
  • Establishing a strategic partnership with Italian property manager Sovigest SpA that property manages more than €5.5bn if Italian assets
  • Advising an €800m Italian real estate company regarding its transformation into a private equity business, spinning off its real estate assets into fund vehicles and out-sourcing non core activities
  • Identifying numerous distressed debt and equity Italian real estate transactions and progressing acquisition activities with selected capital partners
